Celebrate your victories, or commit to making the New Year better, but either way, congratulate yourself on helping the people you helped and making the money you made. Appreciate yourself for being a chiropractor, and for making yourself available to serve.
Prepare for the New Year with proper planning, and put your ideas to work
for you – if you decide to give health care class, or send newsletters,
or improve your patient literature, you’ll need to put some time, energy
and capital into the preparation. Mastermind with coaches and other members
who are ahead of you on the path, and distill their advice into a form you can
apply.
On the “be” level, check your beliefs, your morning routine, your
state management, your habits, your consistency with your values – on
the “do” level, check your behaviors, your goals and plans, your
time and energy management, and your procedures. This kind of self assessment
and measurement is a hallmark of big winners, who are always looking for ways
to make things even better.
