If your volume is growing and your NPs and PVA are both up, that means you have more capacity to fill press down on the accelerator! Do some promotions, or turn up the heat on your patient education.
If your volume is up, but your NPs and PVA are going in opposite directions, in other words, one is going up and the other is going down, that means you may be approaching a capacity limitation look for places to increase your capacity, from increasing your training to streamline your office procedures, to visualizing the office busier and running smoothly. Work on both the BE and the DO level to boost your capacity so you can handle more people.
If your NPs and PVA are moving in opposite directions at about the same rate, and the volume is flat is slightly up or down, that means you have a capacity limitation that needs immediate attention. Use the coaches and the open consulting sessions to address issues like patient education, marketing, and procedural bottlenecks, and find out what other members have done to handle these challenges. Attend the appropriate pods, based on the coaches recommendations.
