Watch out for spring fever, especially if you had a strong first quarter. Stay focused — there are many opportunities to help people, from the weekend warriors looking for relief to the spring blossoms looking for better health, so a little focus will bring a substantial yield of new lives to care for. Remember to educate them, so your time is invested well.

If you want to plan a Mother’s Day promotion of some kind for May, you’ll have to start planning it now. Corny stuff is okay in this case, but make sure it’s the highest quality, nothing tacky — Mom deserves nothing less. You can market inside your practice, encouraging your current patients to bring in their mothers and/or wives as a Mother’s Day gift, or you can hook up with an appropriate charity and co-sponsor a Mother’s Day event for the public. It’s great public relations, gets your name in front of lots of new people, and does a lot of good — the more moms you get into your practice, the more kids you’ll have, and that’s good for everyone concerned.

Notice your growth and your patterns through the first quarter of the year, and see if you can identify areas that need attention. If you have experience dealing with the situation and feel confident you can handle it, then get to it — if not, then get help immediately from the coaches.

Remember your morning routine — take the time for yourself, get your day started right. Affirmation, exercise, meditation, prayer, music, breathing — what’s the right combination for you? Design a ritual that makes you feel ready to live that day to the fullest, and you’ll love the results.
